Counseling at Cedarwood

I work with people who have lived through the kind of pain that doesn’t have easy answers—who’ve learned to survive, but haven’t felt safe enough to heal. I work with veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, individuals, and couples. I have worked with clients battling addiction, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and relationship struggles—those who are often seen as strong on the outside but feel like they’re falling apart on the inside.

I am here to help you get unstuck and back to your life. My role is to witness what you’ve been through, help you make sense of it, and walk with you as you learn how to live—not just exist—again. In this space, you don’t have to explain why it still hurts. You don’t have to earn rest or justify your pain. You just have to show up as you are. And we begin there.

I provide a space where you can work on the memories that haunt you. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, honesty, and deep respect for the battles you’ve fought—both seen and unseen.
